When it comes to freeing up space in your home, the first thing you might jump to is trying to figure out which things you can do without or even going to your local phone book and looking up the number for a storage unit. Without moving to those options just yet, try first looking not into what needs to disappear, but maybe into what you can rearrange for more space and utility. Getting a bunk bed for either your child or a guest room can be a great way to save the space you’re looking for without needing to rent a moving van and dragging your things to storage or putting an ad up online or in the paper bothering with getting calls at all hours about it.

To put it bluntly, kids love twin over twin bunk beds. Give your younger children a bed they can share with their siblings in a fun way, they can take turns deciding who sleeps on which bunk and you can marvel at all the space you’ve freed up in their room. If you only have one child or if your children have separate rooms, bunk beds can still be a great idea. With the extra sleeping space they can invite a friend over and you don’t have to worry about having them sleep on the couch or floor. They’ll be the envy of all their friends at school guaranteed.

Children aren’t the only people who can benefit from a bunk bed. It’s a permanent furniture solution to any number of situations. Running out of room for the holidays? Have a relative or friend with children coming to visit? No problem! Full size bunk beds can be found in a wide variety of sizes and styles to match any décor and give you back the space in your guest room so your guests themselves aren’t rubbing elbows with the wallpaper as they step into bed. Take back the space you know you have by picking up a bunk bed and watching your rooms grow right before your eyes.

Thanks for the article from Jermaine Haynes

I have always been the go to person for my siblings. I don’t know why they always come to me for advice, but without fail I am always called. It is not that I mind because I don’t. I actually am flattered that they trust me so much. I just am puzzled what made me the responsible one in the family. Nonetheless, my youngest brother finally moved out alone. Just like all my other siblings, he called me for everything. I had to help him find a place to live. I had to give him the number for the electric company and http://www.wildbluedeals.com/ for the internet service. I had to help him pick out furniture and paint. I basically helped him with every single detail. To be honest, it was exhausting. All my other siblings had opinions or thoughts. My brother just went with whatever I said. I was starting to feel like his personal assistant or personal decorator. After every little detail was finished, he moved out of my parents’ home and into his own. While he couldn’t have done it without me, I am still very proud of him.

It’s my off today and I’ve always plan to bring my daughter somewhere she can play with other kids but today I feel lazy to get out as it is really cold outside. And I hate to drive when it is raining too so I guess my daughter and I will be staying home today. Hopefully our weather gets better tomorrow so I can bring her to the library or mall’s play area and mcdonalds, whichever she chooses to go tomorrow as it’s my treat for her.

I feel bad that I have to leave her to go to work that’s I am going to try to spend time with her on my days off. I so love my precious baby…

During the early 1990’s nursing scrubs began to replace the traditional white nurses dress with the white stockings and clunky nurses shoes.

Scrubs were originally worn in the surgical department and were a green to green/blue color. These scrubs were chosen because they are cheap, easily replaced and easily cleaned. The hospital owns and cleans surgical scrubs due to the high risk of contamination in the operating room.

Scrubs consist of a short-sleeved rather baggy shirt, and unisex pants with a drawstring waistband. Both are made from cotton. Some hospitals/clinics use the color of scrubs to differentiate between departments. As an example, pediatrics personnel often times wear pink. Scrubs also make identification of staff or visitor very easy. Scrubs really caught on during the late 1990’s and have continued to gain in popularity. You now see nursing scrubs worn in Dr.’s offices, dental offices and even veterinary offices.

Nurses prefer scrubs for a variety of reasons:

1. Medical scrubs are much more comfortable than the traditional white nurses dress. Nurses are on their feet and running 8 to 12 hours a day. They bend, stretch across beds, bring pillows, warm blankets, food and medicine. They push beds and gurneys. They TAKE CARE OF US when we are very ill. I think they deserve to wear whatever makes the job a little easier.
2. Affordability – Scrubs can be purchased for as little as $4.00. This allows nurses to have several uniforms for work.
3.Individuality. Nursing scrubs now come in just about every color in the rainbow, and the shirts have an unlimited supply of patterns. They also come in solid colors. The patterned shirts are bright and cheery to perk up the patient a little bit – especially in the children’s ward.

Nurses have a difficult job. They are to be commended for their perseverance, tenacity and the ability to smile and be kind when faced with a difficult patient, or the horrors of tragedy that they see each and every day. Be assured that if you are in need of help a nurse will be there to do everything that can possibly be done. A nurse does not give up.

City of Edmonton, is so gorgeous. Not that I have been there but I have a friend who live there and every time I see their pictures, I can’t help but fall in love with the place. My sister and I together with our family are planning to go for at least a week vacation in Edmonton, Alberta to visit all the great panorama in the city.

Parks and river valleys are so stunning and just one of their best tourist attraction that every tourist should see. I am so excited not only for me but also for my daughter to see different kinds of animals from Valley Zoo!

I have been very busy cleaning and re-arranging my daughter’s bedroom this past few days and I am very happy with the result. My daughter got so excited with the changes and how she love helping mommy picking up her toys. She learns to pick up every night before sleep and put her toys back to where it’s supposed to be and for that, I salute her she’s already learning so much things at a very young age.

After cleaning and re-arranging, I went ahead and get her winter clothes ready. I bought her some couple of winter outfit last year and I am so excited for her to wear it as I know they will really look cute on her. I always wanted my daughter to wear cute and good quality clothes that’s why I try to buy clothes on sale or clearances in order to get what I want her to have. Have been lucky so far for getting great outfit for less than 5 and 10 bucks!

It has been a couple of months since my Facebook page have been surrounded by so many annoying add banners. I understand that’s how they earn money but when it comes to private accounts they should have some regulations about putting ads anywhere they want especially when it has “Adult” content advertisement. It’s also annoying when the ads is so big it covers some contents and make it hard for us to read.

But anyway, after trying different ways of removing it and nothing worked, I finally decided to sit down and did some serious searches on how to remove ads from Facebook page. And I am so happy I was able to remove it.

Here’s how:

Go to your toolbar/wrench icon and click Tools. Click extensions and then click delete/remove ad-on. You can also go directly to your control panel and delete the program too.
