Nurses Deserve to Be Comfortable

During the early 1990’s nursing scrubs began to replace the traditional white nurses dress with the white stockings and clunky nurses shoes.

Scrubs were originally worn in the surgical department and were a green to green/blue color. These scrubs were chosen because they are cheap, easily replaced and easily cleaned. The hospital owns and cleans surgical scrubs due to the high risk of contamination in the operating room.

Scrubs consist of a short-sleeved rather baggy shirt, and unisex pants with a drawstring waistband. Both are made from cotton. Some hospitals/clinics use the color of scrubs to differentiate between departments. As an example, pediatrics personnel often times wear pink. Scrubs also make identification of staff or visitor very easy. Scrubs really caught on during the late 1990’s and have continued to gain in popularity. You now see nursing scrubs worn in Dr.’s offices, dental offices and even veterinary offices.

Nurses prefer scrubs for a variety of reasons:

1. Medical scrubs are much more comfortable than the traditional white nurses dress. Nurses are on their feet and running 8 to 12 hours a         day. They bend, stretch across beds, bring pillows, warm blankets, food and medicine. They push beds and gurneys. They TAKE CARE OF US when we are very ill. I think they deserve to wear whatever makes the job a little easier.
2. Affordability – Scrubs can be purchased for as little as $4.00. This allows nurses to have several uniforms for work.
3.Individuality. Nursing scrubs now come in just about every color in the rainbow, and the shirts have an unlimited supply of patterns. They also come in solid colors. The patterned shirts are bright and cheery to perk up the patient a little bit – especially in the children’s ward.

Nurses have a difficult job. They are to be commended for their perseverance, tenacity and the ability to smile and be kind when faced with a difficult patient, or the horrors of tragedy that they see each and every day. Be assured that if you are in need of help a nurse will be there to do everything that can possibly be done. A nurse does not give up.

What is Cobalt Chrome Jewelry

A new fad in jewelry might be here for a long time called cobalt chrome. Cobalt chrome rings are a great alternative to tungsten rings. Unlike a tungsten ring cobalt chrome will match her platinum, palladium or white gold ring. This is a great advantage, especially when you take your wedding pictures. You know the ones where they take a picture of both of your hands. Now you have a choice of a wedding band that will match. The best thing about cobalt chrome rings is they will not break the bank. They are a great value especially when compared to the price of platinum or white gold.

Along with being a pure white these strong cobalt chrome wedding bands are sizable. Not as much as a precious metal ring but unlike tungsten, titanium, or ceramic rings they can be resized. Most people don’t lose a ton of weight so a resize is usually only half a size to a one full size. Many people are finding the great benefits of cobalt in jewelry.

In the recent past many people have turned to palladium rings to save a few bucks, but now there is a option for a ring that will actually hold up very well and looks just like platinum or palladium. If you are looking for a new wedding band or lost yours there are many choices and I would recommend cobalt chrome jewelry for anyone.

Working in the hospital is not just about wearing scrubs uniforms everyday. It is a dignified job that everyone should be proud of. And you don’t have to look boring wearing uniforms either as you can actually buy  nursing uniforms and accessories that are fabulous looking only at “Blue Sky” online store.

>Little Bitty Girls Dress

>Raising kids can be really expensive especially if you don’t spend time looking for great deals. Being a first time mom is very challenging especially when you go shopping for your daughter’s clothes, toys, gears and other things she needs. It makes it harder having a limited budget and that’s the reason why I want to get a job and start earning money. Anyway, I still manage to get my daughter some good quality clothes and other stuff by buying on clearance items.

Love the Little Bitty Girls Dress on the pictures? The original price of this cute dress is 32 dollars but you can get it for 5.99 dollars at Macy’s.

>Great Stuff @ Good Price

>One of my favorite thing to do as a mom is to go shopping for my daughter. I never get tired of roaming around different stores in the mall and even online stores just to get great quality of clothes for my daughter. Yes I love great stuff for my daughter but I never spend so much as I always make sure to get on clearance or on sale item.

The best way to get great clothes at a very affordable price is to get items that are out of the season. The regular price of this dress in the picture was 30plus but hubby and I only got it for 8 bucks. What a great deal huh!

>From 3.50 To 4.50…

>I know that it’s summer time already and there’s no way my daughter will be able to wear this kinds of clothes but this is the only way for me to get good stuff for her at a very affordable prices.

Out of season clothes are usually the best buy you can get at any store. Just like this winter clothes I got for my daughter which is only 3.50 to 4.50. The original price ranges from 16.95 to 29.99. I can’t help but get them as they are all so cute and price is unbeatable. I can never afford to spend 25 to 35 dollars clothes especially for a baby.

I know winter will be long way to go but that’s the reason why I got big sizes, in fact I got her 2T’s. I pretty much sure my daughter will be able to wear all of this by next year during winter and even spring time. I just can’t wait to see her with clothes on as I know she can really justify the clothes she wears “wink”…love my own!

>Finally Fits Her

>After ordering Abigail’s swimsuit online twice, the second time finally fits her which is size 24 months. I thought 18 months would fit her but I was wrong that’s why I end up returning it and ordered another one at size 24.

The two piece swim suit I got for her really looks good on her not only because of the style but also because of the color. Love it so much even the first time I saw it online.
I can’t helped but smile with my little girl’s cute facial expressions in this picture.
