>Finally Fits Her

>After ordering Abigail’s swimsuit online twice, the second time finally fits her which is size 24 months. I thought 18 months would fit her but I was wrong that’s why I end up returning it and ordered another one at size 24.

The two piece swim suit I got for her really looks good on her not only because of the style but also because of the color. Love it so much even the first time I saw it online.
I can’t helped but smile with my little girl’s cute facial expressions in this picture.

>Where’s The Ball

>I can’t help but amazed of how baby can learn new things every day. When my daughter turned 10 months old last Wednesday, she definitely gets more talkative and able to mimic more words I say. Her first word was mama then dada then addoo addoo addoo, addaa adaa adaa, tickles tickles tickles, mememeemme and namnam namnam…

And as of this morning while I was playing with her, I told her where’s the ball? Go get it and let’s play pass ball. Not she only understand what I am saying and go get the ball and pass it towards me, she also utters what I said. I was really laughing when I heard Abigail said couple of times “Where’s the ball, where’s the ball”… while pushing it towards me. What a very cute thing to hear. I am just a proud mama here. Abigail makes me laugh and smile every single day.

>Word Of The Day

>I can’t describe how happy I am to be home and taking care of my daughter for I am able to see her growing each single day. She is getting big, became mobile and now talk, sing and dance. I love it when she sing with me “Barney-I Love you”. Even though she can’t clearly say all the lyrics, she opens her mouth and do some facial expression which is really cute. Hayyy I can’t exchange what I am experiencing right now for something else…

Anyway, word of the day is Memememe memememe memememe mememe… That’s what Abigail been saying so much this morning. I was thinking it might be her shortcut for mommy. Or might mean something else I really don’t know. Will figure it out later I guess…

>Happy Ten Month Baby Girl!

>
Abigail is now ten month old. Just two months to go and it will be her first birthday. I am not sure yet where we are going to have her birthday but I already have something on my mind.

Anyway, at this time, Abigail is now mobile baby. She is now all over the place, opening cabinets, playing with door stoppers and most of all love to play and chewing with stuff she’s not suppose to play with. Hay why does baby loves to play with wires, CD’s and DVD’s, kitchen stuff and so on…
Here she goes can’t simply follow me with out stopping and playing the door stopper…
And now saw the wire of my laptop and electric fan…
Finally heading to where mommy is hahaha…

>She’s Officially Crawling Today

>I have seen my Abigail crawls backwards since she was only 6 months and crawls two to three steps forward last week while hubby was on vacation but this morning was really different as she crawls towards me while I was cleaning in the kitchen and laundry area. It was her first official crawls, which was from the dining to almost the laundry area.

I wish I had the camera with me to video her. But it’s ok though as I have some videos of her crawling on the same day she finally crawls. [youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw0umxzusOU&hl=en_US&fs=1&]

>She’s Crawling Forward

>Today I saw my little girl crawling forward but only for two steps and give up. I think once she will be able to figure out she will be crawling good soon and would go anywhere she wants to go. I can’t wait for that day for we have been waiting for so long. We even thought our baby girl would walk first before she will crawl. I will just encourage her to do it more so she would keep doing it. Playing with the ball would be a great way to push her even more!

>Sitting

>
I am always amazed with what my daughter can do for the first time as she’s growing bigger and taller. As of today, she was able to sit by herself from crawling position to completely sitting down. I will try to snap some picture or video later so I can post and share it here. I love to write down everything with regards to what Abigail can do every now and then for she’s really growing fast. She just turn 9 months two weeks ago and she’s already more than 20 pounds.

How can I stop her from growing so fast? Hum I know I can’t that’s why I am trying to make sure I have souvenirs of her growing spurts and/or growing stages…

>Parenting and Behavioral

>I sure love my daughter so much that everything I have in mind and everything that I do or plan is always for her best. I can’t describe how happy I am to have her in my life. She makes me laugh, giggles, smiles, sad and hurt when she’s not feeling… a mix emotions of a mother… and most of all she gives me more strength and hopes to do the best that I can for her…

Below are the list of “Parenting and Behavioral” of a 9 months old.

1. Keep up a constant chatter with your 9-month-old child. Talking to your child while dressing, bathing, feeding, playing, walking and driving encourages speech development.

2. Encourage play with age-appropriate toys. Babies like to bounce, swing, reach for you, pick up and drop objects, and bang things together. Unbreakable household objects such as plastic measuring cups, large wooden spoons, pots, pans and plastic containers make great toys. A foam rubber ball helps the child develop his or her small motor skills.

3. Provide opportunities for safe exploration.

4. Begin to set limits by using verbal “no’s,” distraction, removing the object from the baby’s sight or removing the baby from the object. Never use spanking as a form of discipline, even a “little” tap on the hand. If you become angry with your baby, put the child in his or her crib or playpen for one or two minutes. This will allow you to calm down and allows your baby to realize he or she has done something wrong. Consistence of discipline is very important – adhering to the limits you set keeps your child safe.

5. Shoes are not necessary at this age (except for “show”). They should be used only to protect the feet from sharp objects and the cold.

6.Stranger anxiety may limit some parent’s ability to leave their 9-month-old with grandparents or a baby sitter. It is important for parents to get out from time to time without their little one. You get a breather, and your son or daughter learns that sometimes you do go away, but you always come back.

>Weather Update

>

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of AccuWeather. All opinions are 100% mine.

Knowing the weather before hand is very important especially for those people who work on the field so that they can wear the appropriate clothes before leaving their respective home to avoid getting sick. It is really important to be bring and wear appropriate gear either for snow, rain or for hot weather.

I myself likes to check the weather updates so I know when I should bring my daughter for a walk and when I shouldn’t. I can’t skip weather update because I can’t risk my daughter’s health especially here in Texas where weather changes from time to time.

Anyway, checking weather forecast at AccuWeather website is part of my daily routine. I love Accu weather because the forecast is very detailed. This site does not only forecast weather update but also shows up news and other information related to the weather such as how freeze in Florida has lead to a tomato shortage, which give people a heads up of stocking more tomatoes while you can.

AccuWeather also display some extras like Forensic Weather and Sky Guard. Forensic Weather pinpoint historical weather research and analysis while SkyGuard is a customized severe weather risk management solution based on your criteria.

If you weather update is very important to you too then you should check out AccuWeather as much as you can!
