>According to a Nielsen Report, the average teen sends almost 3000 texts per month. That is almost 100 each day. Some doctors worry that this will cause anxiety and sleep problems. They suggest parents set up rules for texting, as a safeguard.
1. Have text-free zones. No texting during meals,or during rides to and from school.
2. Put the charger someplace other than their room at night.
3.Unplug your cell phone at the same times and talk to them instead.
>It is so nice to have a park close to where we live which is only 2 minutes drive. Aside from the slides, swings and other play area in the park, they also have a man made lake where people can feed ducks, doves and birds. Abigail surely enjoy what see’s around her especially when she was able to get close to the ducks like in the picture below.
>Abigail’s favorite TV show is the “Barney and Friends”. I can wash dishes, do laundry and do other stuff without being interfere.

Pictures below was taken last January 13, 2010 after my biometrics. For some reason, my first biometrics last October was expired. We receive a letter that says my previous biometrics was expired and that I need to do a new one on a certain date and time. I can’t figure out how it expired when it was just done two months ago. We don’t understand it but we decided not to raise question either. It is better to just take another biometrics than challenge the people behind it.
Anyway, the baby and I had fun that day as hubby dropped us to Grapevine Mills Mall before going back to his work. We went from one store to another and stayed in the Rainforest Cafe and took pictures when Daddy got off from work.

>The weather this past few days here in Texas is really bad that causes so much wrecked as most people are not use to driving on sleeky road. As the weather gets colder, the more sleeky the road is especially when it snowed/snowing. I know that bad weather is one of the reasons that contribute car accidents but I still think that the most common cause is those people who are multitasking while driving. It is so sad to hear a child die because of a stupid drunk driver or because of those people who do other things while driving.
Hopefully people will learn to be more careful on the road not only for themselves but also for other people who are innocent. Please avoid texting, eating greasy foods, putting make-up, drinking alcohol and taking drugs while driving.

It has been over seven months since I gave birth of little princess and yet I still have the fats I got when I was pregnant. I guess it is because I am breast feeding up to now. I love my daughter so much and I will do anything I can for she is my light and my life but I can’t wait for the day she will turn a year old that way I can already wean her from breast feeding to start losing weight. I believe that loving and pampering oneself is very important in order to have a healthy life.

This is such a very cute picture of the two little pretty Fil-Am princesses. Each one have their own personality as you can see. One loves to hold the book she have and the other one kick off her shoes hahaha. Hay what a great, fun and dramatic moment it was in the studio… The three mama’s was so excited for the picture taking but the two little princess aren’t that excited. But despite of it all, they still got the prettiest picture a mama could ever ask…

Yes I did save 30 bucks on this shoes. I bought this on clearance sale at Gymboree’s store in our mall here. I am really happy I went to that store that day as I love this shoes very much. I bought size 5 so my daughter Abigail can still use it as she gets a little older.
Clearance is the best way to get nice clothing’s, shoes and other stuff at a very affordable price. There’s no way I can afford a to buy a $36 dollars even though I love nice stuff.
