Happy 5th month my little angel! Yes my baby girl turns 5 month old today. She’s getting bigger and talkative on her words. She giggles a lot, she laugh and plays with her mommy and daddy. I can’t describe how much she change my life and how happy I am to have her. I am really enjoying the time I spent/spend with my daughter no matter how hard it is. I love you so much my little baby!
Being a mom, I believe that no matter how hard and expensive to live nowadays, babies still deserve to get what they need from milk, vitamins, clothing, diapers and most importantly time, love and care. I may not have so much money right now but I make sure my baby gets everything that she needs and for me, that’s very important.

It was Thursday of October 1, 2009 when my baby girl sleep on her dad’s shoulder for the first time. She never sleep on anybody but Mommy that’s why her dad was so proud that day when Abigail fell asleep as he was holding her.
It was my biometrics that day that’s why we got up and leave the house early as my appointment was 8:00 o’clock. Hubby don’t want to get into traffic and be late on my appointment so we got no choice but wake up the baby hoping she will sleep on the car. But to our surprised, the baby was talking and playing with her car seat toys instead.
But that was nice though as she sleep on her dad while I was inside USCIS office for my biometrics. I was kinda worried she would be crying by the time I would go inside but instead she sleep on her dad’s shoulder and never fuss at all… good job baby girl…
I believe that life is a constant change. It’s full of surprises that no one could ever predict what’s gonna happen next. People surround us just come and go as everyone has different chosen path in life. And that’s what sadden every time school’s ended as I would miss my friends and not knowing if we will be on same class or school the next year.
One of the saddest parts of my life was when I graduated high school. I knew from that time, my best friend and I would be separated as I was going to a different city.

I can’t just believe how fast she’s growing. She’s also showing more skills now and kicks like crazy.

During Abigail’s 4 month check up, her pediatrician recommend us to see a pediatrics ophthalmologist. She said that she can’t see the round red reflex on Abigail’s red eye. As the doctor said, it might be normal and nothing to worry about as it could be due to being a half Asian and half American. But she told us that it would be better to see an eye specialist to make sure nothing is wrong.
Hubby and I decided to go ahead and schedule Abigail to a pediatric ophthalmologist that our daughter’s doctor referred with.
Here comes the day… The Findings…
After some test the Pediatric Ophthalmologist did to Abigail, she told us… Good news Abigail’s right and left eye red reflex are both good. But Abigail’s left eye is more farsighted compare to the right eye.
The glasses will eventually correct her left eye… hopefully in few months…
Now I know exactly the reason why my baby is not feeling well… She’s teething! Yeheey she got two lower front teeth. I can’t explain the feeling I have right now. I am so happy and excited about her having some teeth but at the time worried because she’s in pain and not feeling well. But I am trying my best to make her comfortable and painless as much as possible. I freezes her teething ring so she can chew it and numbed her gum and I am also giving her some Tylenol every time she’s hurting so bad… I can’t wait to take picture of her first teeth though I need wait ’till she’s feeling ok before I can take some…
My goodness what happened to my happy and very easy to take care baby… She’s been waking up for some reason. She have no fever so I really don’t know what’s her problem. Maybe it has something to do with her shots last Monday where she received 5 different kinds of vaccines. I hope she will be feeling better soon so she can sleep good and not waking up every now and then…
