>She’s Getting Big

>Today is my Abigail’s 3 month old birthday. I can’t believed she’s now 3 months old and weigh double her birth weight. Day after day, she shows different changes that makes me a proud mama. The time and moment I have each day with her… from feeding, napping, changing diaper, playing and bathing is absolutely wonderful and priceless. I am not going to wish to do something else rather than spending time with my baby girl. I love you so much my little one.kh5xt2vd7c

Babies Needs More Vitamin D

During the 2nd pediatric appointment of Abigail, the nurse gave us bunch of papers that contains information about my daughter’s check up from her weight, height and other information that parents should know. It also said that we can give Abigail a vitamin D supplements especially since I am exclusively breastfeeding her.

It says that infants needs daily supplement of vitamin D to meet the 400units daily recommendation. And those babies who are bottle-feed generally receive sufficient Vitamin D from formula.

Vitamin D will keep the babies bones strong and may also reduce future risk for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

>First Trip To Asian Market

>It’s been a while since the last time we went to Hongkong market to get some Filipino food we like. I was still pregnant then and now Abigail is already two months and 10 days old. Hay time just fly really fast.

At two months, Abigail can now hold her head pretty good. She also makes more noise now and seems like she want to have a conversation not only to us but also to other things she sees…like her toys especially her “Stuff toy worm” in her car seat where she talk to a lot. Will take picture of it later.

>First Stroller Ride

>This was the first stroller ride of baby Abigail. We always use her carseat anywhere we go but when we went to the daddy’s car to get the base for her carseat it wasn’t there so we decided to use her stroller instead. I thought it would still be big for her but nope she fits fine and so happy to get out for a walk with mommy and daddy! What a great afternoon.
